Application Processing Fee

The prescribed application processing fee for each post is detailed below. Applications submitted without payment of the required fee will not be considered. Applicants applying for more than one post must submit a separate application form along with the prescribed fee for each post.

Principal (College/School): PKR 500

Lecturer/Instructor/Subject Teacher: PKR 500

Librarian/Lab Assistant/Accountant/Receptionist: PKR 500

Employment Terms

Appointments will be made on a one-year contract, renewable annually based on performance. Salary will commensurate based on qualification and experience.
All Pakistani/AJK Nationals (Male/Female) are eligible to apply. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Pick & Drop, Health insurance, Provident fund and Accommodation will be provided to all teaching and non-teaching staff.
Each campus Principal shall be provided with a hatchback vehicle and fuel support for the performance of official and administrative duties, in accordance with institutional policy.
Duty timings are 08:30 AM to 02:30 PM.
Short courses will be conducted in the afternoon, with additional remuneration, as per number of lectures per month, for teaching staff (Technical college teaching staff only).
If the number of applications exceeds the available positions, an aptitude test based on logical and analytical reasoning will be conducted. Otherwise, only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
Candidates appearing for interviews will not be entitled to any TA/DA.
Pay the application processing fee, as specified above, via Raast or bank transfer using the QR code or the IBAN of Nexa Consultancy provided at the end of the application.

Important Dates

Proposed Test Date: 26th March 2026
Applicants must present the original paid challan or valid proof of payment and original documents at the time of interview. Failure to provide the required proof may result in disqualification.
Proposed Shortlisted Candidates List: 28th June 2026
Proposed Interview Date: 19th and 26th July 2026
Final selection is expected to be completed by mid of August.
The selected candidate's job contract will commence from September 2026.

Terms and Conditions

Agreement upon Submission: By submitting the online application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions delineated herein.
Processing Fee Requirement: A non-refundable and non-transferable processing fee is mandatory to complete the application process for the position in question. This fee must be remitted regardless of the final outcome of the application.
Guarantee of Shortlisting or Selection: Payment of the processing fee does not assure that the applicant will be shortlisted or selected for the position.
Discretion of Organization: Nexa Consultancy reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or withdraw any advertised position(s) at any time based on concerned organization requirements.
Legal Obligations: The submission of an application does not establish any legal or contractual obligation on behalf of Nexa Consultancy.
Feedback on Applications: The organization is not obligated to provide individual feedback or explanations regarding the results of applications. Nonetheless, applicants may direct inquiries to the designated email address in the "Contact Us" section.
Integrity of Information: Applications containing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information are subject to rejection during any phase of the recruitment process.
Discretion in Application Acceptance: Nexa Consultancy reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
Aptitude Test Conditions: An aptitude test will be administered only if the organization receives more than ten times the number of required applications; otherwise, shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly for an interview. No TA/DA shall admissible.
Purpose of Processing Fee: The application processing fee is utilized exclusively to cover costs associated with application processing, including but not limited to aptitude tests, interviews etc. across various campuses of Punjab.
Non-Refundable Fee: Once the processing fee is paid, it is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and cannot be carried forward to future applications.
Third-Party Transactions: Nexa Consultancy shall not be liable for any delays in payment, transaction failures, or errors that may arise due to third-party payment service providers.
Use of Personal Information: All personal information submitted by applicants will solely be utilized for recruitment and selection purposes.
Confidentiality Commitment: Nexa Consultancy is committed to upholding the confidentiality and security of applicants' data.
Third-Party Data Sharing: Applicant information will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of situations where such disclosure is necessary for recruitment processing.
